Practice and Games
If a player must miss practice or games, it is important that parents and/or players contact coaches as soon as a schedule conflict is identifies. If there is an emergency, it is important that parents and/or players call their respective coaches.
Each player is given practice uniforms. Players are expected to wear CPSC issued practice T-shirts, Shorts, and Socks. Appropriate soccer cleats, turf shoes, and indoors shoes including running sneakers are required.
Unless notified prior, ALL game cancellations are at the discretion of the referee at the time of check-in, kick-off or throughout the duration of the game. If parents do not receive an email indicating the game is “cancelled” then every player is expected to be present and ready to compete in the scheduled match.
Practices cancellation due to rain will be announced via email no later than 2 pm the same day of scheduled practice. If parents do not receive an email indicating practice is “cancelled” then practice will resume and players will be expected to attend and participate in training.
Games are typically throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. You may reference each of our age groups to see with league that particular team competes in.
Please visit the Official CJSL Season Schedule and Standings for the most updated schedule and location of games. If your team competes in the NYCSL please visit the Official NYCSL Schedule for the most updated schedule and location of games.
